Desk AI for WhatsApp Web is an independent assistant for WhatsApp Web. You remain responsible for your messages, customer information, AI provider accounts, WhatsApp account and compliance with applicable terms.
Trial and license
New installations receive a seven-day trial where the licensing service is available. Continued access requires a one-time $9.99 USD payment processed through Stripe Checkout. A license is for the purchaser’s own use and may not be resold or shared.
Bring your own provider key
You provide and pay the applicable AI provider directly for your API access. Supported providers include OpenAI, OpenRouter, Kimi (Moonshot), DeepSeek, Anthropic, Google Gemini and xAI Grok. Desk AI for WhatsApp Web does not include, resell or manage provider usage credits. OpenAI API billing is separate from a ChatGPT subscription. Sign in with ChatGPT and ChatGPT-plan inference are not included.
Model compatibility and task data
Availability and capabilities depend on your provider account and selected model. Image understanding requires image input; image generation and speech audio (TTS) are not included. Data required for a task is sent directly to the provider you choose, and that provider’s terms and privacy practices apply. See the AI provider guide and Privacy policy.
Independent software
Desk AI for WhatsApp Web is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by Meta or WhatsApp. WhatsApp Web interface changes may affect compatibility. The Web Store edition keeps automatic sending disabled and requires you to review and click Send.
Seller and refunds
The seller is Kudakwashe Musasiwa, not Google, Meta or WhatsApp. If you are not satisfied, request a refund within 14 days of purchase by opening an issue in the Desk AI support tracker ↗. Include the Stripe receipt email, but never include card details, API keys or customer messages. Eligible refunds are processed through Stripe.
