Desk AI for WhatsApp Web stores your business library, notes, settings and provider keys in your local Chrome profile. When you run a task, only the data it needs goes from the trusted extension worker to your selected provider: drafts can include visible conversation content, approved business excerpts and images; polishing sends the selected text; call summaries send transcript and names; transcription sends audio after you start it. Providers' own privacy and retention terms apply. The licensing service does not receive AI content. The Web Store edition keeps automatic sending disabled and requires you to review and click Send.
